Patient Participation Group Registration

All registered patients are welcome to join the Patient Participation Group.

We aim to include views from as wide a selection of patients as possible, from occasional service users to those with long-term needs. We are particularly keen to hear from those who may feel their views would be otherwise be under-represented, including those with particular health or special interests.

We currently have a limit of 15 on membership, so your candidacy may be placed on a waiting list if the group is full. A member of staff from the surgery will be in contact to discuss the next steps very soon.
