Nurse Practitioners

  • Jen Reilly – Nurse Practitioner

    I have worked in general practice for the last ten years currently completing a masters in advanced practice, prior to this I have worked in various accident and emergency departments. I am trained to assess patient needs, order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests, diagnose disease, formulate and prescribe medications and treatment plans. I enjoy all aspects of my job and in my spare time I enjoy reading and spending time with my family.

  • Dave Wynn – Nurse Practitioner

    My Name is David Wynn – I have been a Nurse for the past 15 years, trained locally at the UEA, but I have been in health care since I can remember.
    I have been a Nurse practitioner in General practice for the past 10 years. I have a special interest in men’s health and Dermatology.
    Outside of my work I have a keen interest in Nature & wildlife, I have been an avid football fan most of my Life.

  • Lucy Hyland – Lead Nurse specialising in Respiratory disease.
  • Laura Groom -Practice Nurse Specialising in Diabetes.
  • Sarah Turner – Diabetes Specialist Nurse

Our nurses can offer help and advice with immunisations, cervical smears and family planning, well person checks, dietary advice, menopause and general promotion of good health. We also run clinics for long term condition management.

Healthcare Assistants

  • Tracy Parker – Trainee Nursing Associate
  • Guy Picton – Nursing Associate
  • Nic Taylor – Healthcare Assistant

The healthcare assistants are available for booked appointments between 08:00-17:00. Their duties include phlebotomy, warfarin monitoring, ECGs, wound care, and assisting the doctors with minor surgery / contraception clinics.
