Suggestions, Comments and Complaints
We take suggestions and complaints seriously. If you wish to comment about the services we provide, make any suggestions, have constructive criticisms or have any compliments you wish to share with us, we will be delighted to hear from you. You can hand in your comments to reception or use our online Feedback triage.
If you wish to make a formal complaint, please fill out our online form addressed to the practice manager or ask to make an appointment to see her. Written details must be provided prior to an appointment being made with the practice manager.
All complaints are investigated fully and confidentially and will be responded to within two weeks of receiving the complaint.
