We know how frustrating it has been trying to get through to us on the phones to get an appointment each day.
We have listened to your concerns and investigated how other surgeries handle this and we have some exciting news…..
From Monday 4th April we will be trialling a new appointment system. All requests for GP/Nurse Practitioner appointments will be made through our website.
The requests will then be reviewed by our clinical team, and you will be contacted with an appointment.
This system is based on clinical need and will do away with the massive wait on the phone in the morning.
We will be completing the form for those patients who do not have access to our website.
